JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible to manage a centralized service appointment through various communication channels i.e. WhatsApp / telephone / email etc.
  • To conduct customer satisfaction survey for sales and after sales in a tactful and professional manner to increase customer retention rate.
  • Manage customer enquiries on service appointment, car insurance renewal, and other assistance required by customers through various communication channels.
  • Assist inbound enquiries and escalate customer’s concern at branch level until resolve.
  • Responsible to manage customer’s data and compile survey report for management review.
  • To assist on any ad-hoc project at call centre as and when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min SPM / Certificate in Office Management / Administration / Tourism with minimum of 2 to 3 years experiences in similar roles and/or industry.
  • Fresh graduate in Diploma of Business Management / Hotel Management / Tourism / Public Relations or equivalent.
