Sales Administration Executive/ Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To support the sales function on reports and full documentation processes of every sales transaction.
  • Ensure compliance to MBM Dealer’s Standards.
  • To submit reports (internal and external) with high accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • To monitor and process vehicle sales booking collected and invoicing.
  • To ensure collection for vehicle finance/loan and full balance payment before registration.
  • To coordinate with other departments for all CRM & CSI activities.
  • To process OTP and issue official receipts.
  • Prepare all necessary documentations for vehicle registration and invoicing within 24 hours.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Ensure documents are properly filed and kept for easy reference.
  • Issuance of insurance Cover Note for customers and company cars.
  • Submit complete documentations for loan disbursements within 48 hours after invoicing.
  • To monitor accuracy of data in DMS as per MBM’s requirements.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min SPM with minimum of 3 years experiences in similar roles and/or industry.
  • Fresh Graduate in Diploma or Bachelor in Office Management / Administration / Business Management / Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality with great communication skills.
