JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To achieve the overall budgeted turnover and vehicle throughputs.
  • To achieve higher CSI scores as per target set and ensure delivery as per dateline requested as well as cleanliness of vehicles.
  • Full compliance with Dealer’s standards and enforcement of MBM WPC 2010.
  • To guide/train frontline team the Standard Operational Procedures when engaging with the customer and customers service skills.
  • To ensure all customers’ complaint being addressed, follow-up and close accordingly within the timeline.
  • To ensure achievement of targeted productivity and efficiency of every frontline team.
  • Update team of any new technical innovations, technical problems encountered, and provide important information with regards to fault diagnosis.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min Diploma in Automotive or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles and/or industry.
  • Pleasant personality with great communication skills.
