JOB DESCRIPTION
To achieve sales target and the required CSI scores.
Selling cars by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers as well as closing sales.
Demonstrates Mercedes-Benz products to customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; offer test drives, explaining warranties and services.
Preparation of the delivery handover and follow-up call on post-delivery.
Participate in showroom duties and external road show events.
Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Min SPM with minimum of 2 years experiences in similar roles and/or industry.
Pleasant personality with great communication skills.
