JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to members queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Perform outbound call to the new members prior to the membership activation.
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from members.
  • Effective correspondence using concise explanation to get into solution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.
  • A proactive approach to support until the members concern is resolved.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team member.
  • Undertake and perform any other job assignment and duties given by the Management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company private and confidential information records and any other matters.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • General education degree preferably in communication.
  • Experience working with customer support or servicing.
  • A great multitasker with greater organizational skills.
  • Attentiveness and patience with ability to find the positive in any situation.
  • Prefer Mandarin speaking.
