JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to members queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Perform outbound call to the new members prior to the membership activation.
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from members.
Effective correspondence using concise explanation to get into solution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.
A proactive approach to support until the members concern is resolved.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team member.
Undertake and perform any other job assignment and duties given by the Management.
Ensure confidentiality of all company private and confidential information records and any other matters.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Fluent in English,
Mandarin
and Bahasa Malaysia.
General education degree preferably in communication.
Experience working with customer support or servicing.
A great multitasker with greater organizational skills.
Attentiveness and patience with ability to find the positive in any situation.
Prefer
Mandarin
speaking.
