JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To perform Pick-Up & Delivery Services for customers.
  • During Pick-up of customer’s vehicle, to carry out thorough visual vehicle inspection and record any information in the presence of the customer.
  • To inform Superior of any abnormal running condition of Company’s vehicles, which require immediate rectification and feedback for safety reasons.
  • To ensure customers’ vehicle radio frequency/channels are not meddled with, seat position shall remain at original setting, air conditioner blower speed shall not be changed, etc.
  • Collect payment and ensure customer acknowledges the Pro-Forma Invoice during delivery.
  • Handover all cash, cheques and credit card slips to cashier with proper document in accordance to the procedures/guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with the frontline and workshop in keeping with Pick-Up & Delivery deadline.
  • To upkeep cleanliness of Company’s Pick-up vehicles.
  • to be in clean condition always. To ensure “No Smoking” rule in the Company vehicle is always adhered to.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min SPM or equivalent with 2 – 3 years experiences in similar roles.
