JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop strategies and implement action plan to achieve high business performance.
• Responsible, committed and achieving sales, projections and budget targets.
• Maintaining and expanding Company's market in the industry.
• Understanding the market, competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy.
• Marketing innovations that could benefit the whole process.
• Developing and implementing an ambitious sales strategy.
• Servicing existing clients, while generating new referrals (for new markets)
• Supporting the preparations and execution of various company sales events.
• Strategies and execute plans to enlarge social media platform followings and marketing on FB, Insta, You Tube and other platforms to increase engagement and revenue growth.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Age below 35 years old.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing (FB Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc ) is an advantage.
• Results driven with a strong analytical and creative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Own Transport.
