JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve production shift target based on available resources.
• Ensure correct material being used for specified job.
• Ensure adequate manpower for each machine.
• Ensure production accordance to the production plan.
• Ensure production is accordance to the pre-determined speed.
• Report any abnormalities in the production line to Senior Supervisor from time to time.
• Monitor daily attendance for all workers under respective supervision
• To maintain disciplinary and motivate all workers under respective supervision
• Ensure good practices and hygiene control are in place.
• Basic machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Ensure works / jobs are done with efficiency and with quality.
• Ensuring all workers under respective supervision to wear Personal Protection Equipment before start work
• Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping are maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum STPM/SKM/Diploma.
• 2 years minimum working experience.
• Able to work in rotational shift (8.00am to 8.00pm & 8.00pm to 8.00am)
• Good communication skills.
• Good leadership and managing people skills.
• Independent, punctual and able to work in minimum supervision.
• Positive attitude, discipline and passionate.
