JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to ensure all production activities are in smooth operations (planning, organizing, and control)
• Lead the team to maximize productivity in order to achieve a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Review operation of machinery and systems to minimize downtime, problem-solving and identify opportunities for improvements
• Develop continuous improvement plans to improve quality and reduce operation cost
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment at the managerial level
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Able to meet tight dateline
• Good team player, good problem-solving skills, and able to adapt to change
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Have experience setting up a new factory will be added advantage
