JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update post FB, IG, FB story, IG story, WA, website on daily basis.
• Update stock on database, website, Storehub, e-commerce, FB Shop, Website on daily basis.
• Prepare company’s promotional/sales awareness material/graphic.
• Answer sales inquiries and quotations for products until close deals.
• Record all customer purchase on Prospect & Customer Database.
• Update online store tracking KPI on daily basis.
• Prepare, QC and packing item for postage.
• Follow up customer product satisfaction and review.
• Work closely with Anggun Chitra boutique team.
• Other task related to online store management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Honest and discipline.
• Possess positive and good working attitude.
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft, FB, IG and Google.
• Basic graphic design is preferred.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Independent, proactive, result orientated with good interpersonal skills.
• Female, 18-25 years old.
• Able to start work immediately.

Working Hour

• 10.00am – 6pm Monday – Friday (office hour)
• Saturday/Sunday (boutique hour)
• Flexible working time to close sale for online customer.
