JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prevents any criminal activity/ damage/ accident/ incident as well as vandalism from happening in the shopping mall and its surrounding areas.
• To patrol the common area in the mall and car park and take the appropriate security measures in ensuring the complex / tenant / customer safety is in place.
• In charge of the roll call, designated by shift hours.
• Develop, implement and revised as necessary, contingency, emergency situation and continuation of operations plans in response to emergencies or disaster.
• To liaise and work with local enforcement and outsourced security companies.
• Conduct security monitoring of CCTV, detect and report any abnormalities observed.
• Maintaining all security equipment at best condition.
• Supervise and monitor all outsourced security personnel to ensure that they adhere to the mall’s security procedures and perform their assigned duties and responsibilities accordingly.
• To ensure all guards to patrol company premises & to maintain clocking at all points as stipulated in the procedures.
• Maintain close coordination and collaborative working relationships with other security team members, internal departments and external parties to ensure utmost efficiency when dealing with incidences or Emergencies.
• Part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) committee.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Handle all conflicts and dispute situation among tenants, customers, mall visitors with help of security, in a smooth manner avoiding any disruption to mall operations.
• To ensure all building facilities and amenities, equipment, materials stock and tools is in order.
