JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all accounting transactions.
• Management of budgets, billing and credit control within Finance Department.
• Provide advice & financial support to Heads of Departments and monitor their department P&L and effective work processes.
• Identify and analyse Key Performance Indicators that impact the growth, profitability and achievement of the hospital strategic objectives.
• Good teamwork and excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
• Attending to tax agents and auditors.
• Participate in annual audit / Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and others.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting / finance.
• Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical error.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is a must.
• Must be proactive, has ability to do multi-tasking and eager to learn.
• A team player.
