JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure effective and efficient operations of the F & B Lab and its continuous growth, in line with the Company's goals and objectives in Total F & B Solutions Division.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential F & B startup clients.
• Conduct in-depth consultation session with owner, in order to understand their idea of restaurant/café operations concept and the needs from F & B Lab.
• Prepare the proposal and manage the negotiation process of contracts and agreements with clients.
• Work closely with departments in Total F & B Solutions, Platforms & Fintech division to complete each business deal, in terms of projects, supplies and subscriptions.
• Establish strong and long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Increase client base apart from existing and new database, and ensuring customer database is well maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must at least possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language: English or Mandarin. Both is an added advantage.
• Outgoing personality with great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Great presentation and networking skills.
• Customer service oriented and are up for challenges.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
• Open for Malaysians only.
