JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of purchasing within the company; including sourcing, purchasing, maintaining inventory levels, liaising with suppliers for local and imported goods, sourcing and managing packaging.
• Prepare tenders, proposals and assist in negotiation of contracts.
• Select reliable resources of supply.
• Oversee all aspects of the supply function including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, quality, ordering, inventory, and delivery.
• Monitor suppliers and coordinate companies inventory control activities to ensure stock levels are maintained at satisfactory level.
• Manage all contract pricing, terms and roll over schedule requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Related experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Preferably with experience in the food industry.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to communicate in multiple language (English, Chinese, BM)
• Prefer mandarin speaking.
• Preference will be given to those who are able to start work immediately.
